METHOD OF NOTIFICATION
If you suspect that an illegal act is taking place at Elektrizace železnic Praha a.s., you have the opportunity to report it. We recommend that you preferably use the internal reporting system. The methods of reporting within the internal reporting system are as follows:
- in writing, via a secure web interface accessible from the address https://elektrizacezeleznicpraha.whistlelink.com,
- orally, by making an audio recording via a secure web interface accessible from https://elektrizacezeleznicpraha.whistlelink.com or by personal notification to the person concerned. A personal meeting can be arranged through the contact details of the person concerned.
Elektrizace železnic Praha a.s. does not accept notifications from persons who are working for Elektrizace železnic Praha a.s. other than in an employment relationship, as part of a professional practice, internship or volunteer activity. Notifications from other persons will not be dealt with by Elektrizace železnic Praha a.s..
Notification can also be made through the external notification system maintained by the Ministry of Justice by completing the form available from https://oznamovatel.justice.cz/chci-podat-oznameni/. For the fastest and most efficient handling of notifications, we recommend using the internal notification system.
Elektrizace železnic Praha a.s. is not obliged to accept anonymous notifications under Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers. In order to facilitate the investigation, please provide your name and job title, or any other information that allows your identification. However, the investigation of anonymous notifications is not excluded if they appear to be substantiated.
